1. NUMBER OF GENERATIONS
Select the number of generations you will want displayed in the pedigree. For most computer printers printing in Landscape mode, 5 generations is the best choice.
2. FIELD TO SEARCH
Enter the field you wish to search.
3. SEARCH STRING
Enter the word, or partial word, registration number or date. To search for a name, entering "beau" will find all entries whose names contain "beau". To search for a date it should be entered in this format YYYY-MM-DD. Use only plain letters, do NOT use any special characters, accents or “foreign” letters. Search hints: Only include partial names and exclude titles for best results. Use * as a wild card to match any characters.

The Ouessant Sheep Pedigree Database is a private record being made available to assist anyone interested in researching Ouessant Sheep. It is hoped that this can be an additional tool for breeders and breed supporters to further the cause of this ancient and unique breed. This is very much a work in progress, and is sourced by information already in the public domain, or contributed by interested parties
No rights may be derived from data found in the database (i.e. use at your own risk).
The database is checked for accuracy, however, it is possible for errors or omissions to occur. If any such errors are found, please contact contact@ouessants.com with correction information. The retention of integrity of the database is paramount.
Submissions for inclusion are always welcome. Please forward all information to contact@ouessants.com and attach relevant copy documents in either pdf or jpeg formats. Photos can be added, but any submissions must accompany permission from the copyright owner. The database contains facts, and no interpretation or representation is made. When carrying out research, please consider that the absence of information does not mean that no information is available, but only that it is not contained within the database. The information is provided as a research tool, and is provided “As is No warranty, express or implied, or any legal responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any such information is accepted by the database owner as to how the information may be used.
